If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so; however, if your organization has entered into a separate agreement with "fivestarjewelers.com" that covers the use of the Services, then that agreement will govern instead.

By accepting our terms and conditions, you authorize Five Star Jewelers and its affiliates to make or allow placement of a telephonic sales call or cause to deliver a telephonic sales call to you using an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers or the playing of a recorded message when a connection is completed to your telephone number and you are not required to, directly or indirectly, accept our terms and conditions as a condition to purchasing any property, goods, or services.
