Shipping & Returns
All shipped items will be insured and receive a tracking number. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.
Be sure to verify that your billing and shipping addresses have been entered correctly and that PayPal has confirmed your shipping address. We're sorry, but we are unable to ship to PO BOX or APO / FPO addresses at this time.
We may, at our discretion, require a signature from an adult buyer with a photo identification issued by the United States government for delivery confirmation purposes.
We offer safe and reliable shipping within the United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau, and the US Virgin Islands).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We strive to provide a 5-star service to our customers so that they are always 100% satisfied, therefore, we are sure that with Five Star Jewelers you will enjoy your purchase; however, you can return your items within a period of 15 days from the time of it online. We will be happy to offer you an exchange, store credit, or refund. Contact us and we will respond to you within 48 hours, to help you with your return. Please do not refund any order without prior authorization and instructions from us.
To receive a refund of your order, you must keep the product with its original characteristics and all labels. Items without labels or with labels that have been removed or tampered with are NOT eligible for return.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by all original packaging, including gift boxes and / or certificates of authenticity.
- Returns must be made within a period of 15 days from the time of your online purchase.
- All labels must be in their original place.
- Returns must also contain all items that were originally included in the shipment.
- Watch returns must include the box and warranty documentation.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were at the time of shipment, without any alteration.
- The customer is responsible for the item return process in which they must use a tracking and insurance service.
