DESCRIPTION
A management trainee is hired to work alongside the district/regional manager for 3-6 months to learn our business and culture with the expectation of managing his/her own store after completing our leadership training program. Successful candidates will have a strong desire to be developed for larger leadership roles within our company at an accelerated pace.
THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE WILL
- Learn the business working at a nearby training store along with the district manager with a focused learning program involving sales, customer service and overall business practices.
- Learn how to train, mentor, and develop employees to successfully lead a team at his/her own store
- Gain leadership and management skills through interactions and development programs from the local and company leaders
- Be thought of as an owner quickly becoming viewed by store employees as someone capable of managing a store.
- This role will be a key holder responsible for servicing customers, building a loyal clientele, hiring and developing people, and running a successful business.
