Join FiveStar Jewelers as a Retail Management Trainee, where you'll engage in a 3-6 month program designed to immerse you in our business and culture. You'll work closely with the district or regional manager, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to manage your own store upon completion of our leadership training program. We seek candidates with a strong desire to grow into larger leadership roles within our company at an accelerated pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Depth Learning: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the jewelry business by working at a nearby training store alongside the district manager. The focused learning program will cover key areas such as sales, customer service, and overall business practices.
• Employee Development: Learn how to effectively train, mentor, and develop employees, equipping you to successfully lead your own team in a retail jewelry environment.
• Leadership Skills: Gain essential leadership and management skills through direct interactions with both local and company leaders, positioning yourself as a capable store manager.
• Ownership Mindset: Quickly establish yourself as a key player within the store, recognized by employees as someone ready and capable of managing the store. You'll take on responsibilities such as key holding, delivering exceptional customer service, building a loyal clientele, hiring and developing staff, and ensuring the store's success.
